Each level is sold with a level of building skill that the customer will need to assemble. For the complete do it yourself customer they offer the "Ready To Build Custom' which comes with a kit that includes assembly instructions and hardware. This is a terrific playset - lots of fun and doesn't take up too much space in the yard.
Took us about 3 weeks to install - an hour or two a day on most days (much more than the 3 to 6 hours it says on the front of the box). Installation instructions were pretty easy to follow, although the DVD provided was way too brief to be useful.
The set seems very solid - better than many I have seen from other manufacturers. Not sure how well it will withstand rain & snow during the winter - we'll see.
Activities seem perfect for my 6 year old. The pirates ladder and disc swing is too advanced for my 4 year old, but she is OK with climbing rock wall and using regular swings until she gets older.
All in all a great set - looking forward to its getting lots of use!

Purchasing on-line was easy. The product arrived in good condition and the delivery service was helpful, but took over a month to get here (in Canada).

Swing Beam needs to recommend a 4x6x10 rather that a 4x4x8
Swing spacing is very close and elbow bumping occurs (19 inch min hole spacing)
Brackets are great and easy to work with
Wood needs heavier pressure treat.
